Ben and Tina in Paris

It’s been two years since we were last in Paris. And a few things have changed. My hair is longer, and the bangs have grown out. I have a completed manuscript of my first novel. And, I’m about to have an author website. (That means this is for real, right?) There have also been more challenges and sad moments than I care to count, but what hasn’t changed is the magic that this city can work for us, as individuals and as a couple. Perhaps it is just the freedom from our daily lives that a vacation brings. However, I thinks it’s more. The history of this city, its art, its architecture, all layered with its current multicultural identity makes Paris special. Getting to eat insanely delicious croissants doesn’t hurt either.
